copies the custom button logic for a blocklist feature that hides/blocks apps from search and main list (excludes updates though), closes/applies to #999
supports json import/export, matching via app ids and app names with wildcard support
read the contributing guidelines, tested on my personal device, also formatted too
may need some minor adjustments
edit: for instance the muscle memory for uninstall/install depending on the app state changes the buttons which can make the user accidentally block so it could need better placement
