What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Adds a new page documenting Crown Jewels, a Cloud Security Preview feature that auto-detects an inventory of an organization's most critical cloud resources from existing Datadog telemetry. The page covers:

  • The resource types evaluated in Preview (services, databases, buckets)
  • The detection signals and their telemetry sources
  • How the @risk.is_crown_jewel:true tag propagates to findings in Vulnerability and Misconfiguration Explorers
  • Curating the auto-generated list
  • Soft requirements for richer detection
  • Preview access instructions

Also adds a Crown Jewels entry to the Cloud Security Management section of the English nav at weight 7.

Merge instructions

  • Ready for merge

Additional notes

Introduces the Crown Jewels page describing the auto-detected inventory of critical
resources, the detection signals, list curation, soft requirements, and Preview access.
Adds the page to the CSM section of the English nav at weight 7.
