What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Adds a new page documenting Crown Jewels, a Cloud Security Preview feature that auto-detects an inventory of an organization's most critical cloud resources from existing Datadog telemetry. The page covers:
@risk.is_crown_jewel:truetag propagates to findings in Vulnerability and Misconfiguration ExplorersAlso adds a Crown Jewels entry to the Cloud Security Management section of the English nav at weight 7.
