This commit updates the README.md to ensure the documented ports for QBittorrent, Gitea, and Syncthing correctly align with the actual ports exposed by the application in the src/services/ logic. Both the English and French sections are updated.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6629986156950907601 started by @Cylae

Update the README.md English and French service matrix tables
to correctly reflect the ports configured in the actual
service implementations in `src/services/`.

- QBittorrent: Add peering port 6881 (TCP/UDP)
- Gitea: Add SSH port 2222
- Syncthing: Add sync port 22000 (TCP/UDP) and discovery port 21027 (UDP)
