GitHub Actions version updates are now managed by the central Renovate config at https://github.com/CopilotKit/renovate. Remove Dependabot configuration for github-actions ecosystem, delete the auto-merge and major-analysis workflows, and clean up stale zizmor ignore entries. npm/pip ecosystems are unaffected (none configured in this repo).
