Release_Version_1_FirstRelease

This is my first Release, v0.0.0-alpha pre-release. I will be trying to release only my basic CSS project, if I can figure out how to choose one folder/directory from my main Repository. After working on a different task for a few minutes, I read my whole repository will be released, I will set to pre-release, as there is part of a website I created and noticed after I had submitted that there was photos not under the Creative Commons License, I did not take any of the photos nor claim I did, I will make sure they do not make it through to the final publish.
