Use CommonJS PostCSS config

Fixes a local/Node build warning caused by postcss.config.js using ESM syntax in a CommonJS package.

Changed postcss.config.js from export default to module.exports.

Validated locally with:

• Node 20.20.2
• npm install
• npm run build

No app, server, dependency, Docker, auth, Stripe, usage, cleanse, or SEO behavior changed.
