Send message command

This is the send message command, this command will as the name suggests, send a message into the Chill&chat database. This command will accept parameter 1 for the message and parameter 2 for the room the message should be sent in. Here is an examaple below!!
This command requires the user to be signed in to the Chill&chat API for this command to be functional. Please check the login command for more information.
send "<MESSAGE>" "<ROOM>";
