Added base file for Bulgarian localization for Brewin' and Chewin' mod.
Note to self, there are a lot of repeating Strings
Didn't know that mead was 'Медовина', I genuinely thought it was 'Медолина'.

Hello! My friends and I are big fans of the Brewin' and Chewin' mod. We have been working on translating popular mods into Bulgarian, and I would love to contribute a full translation for this one.
I have translated all of the Strings in the current language file. If this PR is accepted, I would be happy to maintain the translation and keep it updated as the mod evolves. Thank you for creating such an enjoyable mod, we really appreciate your work (and alcohol)!
