…ojects Add bomber CLI tool (Go) — scans dependencies across Go/Node/Python ecosystems, generates SPDX 2.3 and CycloneDX 1.5 SBOMs, and matches against OSV/NVD vulnerability databases with policy engine for CI/CD.
