Added the possibility to configure temporary sub directory name. (defaults to "briefly")

config :briefly,
  directory: [{:system, "TMPDIR"}, {:system, "TMP"}, {:system, "TEMP"}, "/tmp"],
  sub_directory_prefix: "briefly",
  default_prefix: "briefly",
  default_extname: ""
