CaramelHQ develops and maintains Caramel, a modular Discord bot built with the Sapphire Framework and TypeScript.
The project focuses on scalable bot architecture, clean module design, and reliable background processing for Discord server automation.
Caramel provides a suite of moderation and automation tools designed for modern Discord communities, including:
- modular feature system with per-guild configuration
- moderation utilities and sanction history
- vanity status tracking with automated role management
- silent ban and progressive restriction systems
- background job processing and cache synchronization
Caramel is built with a modern Node.js stack:
- Node.js + TypeScript
- Sapphire Framework
- PostgreSQL (Prisma)
- Redis (ioredis)
- BullMQ workers
