📦 Data and R code used in Leclerc et al. (2023) to explore how environmental variables are shaping lake food web structure.
This repository is structured as follow:
📁 data/: contain raw files that should never be modified.
📁 outputs/: store intermediate and final outputs generated by the R scripts.
📁 rfunctions/: store R functions.
📁 rscripts/: store R scripts to reproduce analyses and figures.
All required packages will be installed (if necessary)
All required packages and R functions will be loaded
