A number of misc changes. In general a little messy, needs clean up and improvements before another release.
Added a lidar/depth scan interface for mujoco.
Make the sim publish a normal IMU message.
Fixed random bugs and updated deps to prevent errors.
Removed foxglove bridge as it was dropped from humble. Should investigate more.
