I wrote the version 0.1.1 of the package to replace the current version 0.0.0.9000
I worked on fixing bugs, improving documentation and updating the code with requirements of the CRAN.
However, it can't be submitted to CRAN as is, because of the two functions that write files (forbidden in CRAN policy) and the size of the file for the simulation inst/extdata/S-phase.rdata.
I also made some changes in the main README.md file. Minor changes would have to be done such as changing the URL of the package in the section Installation and the permalink of the Hexlogo. I can do it straight after the merge directly in the main branch of CL-CHEN-lab.
With merging my branch to the main branch of the CL-CEN-lab, I want to offer my changes to all the users.
