What This Is

Prerequisites

You must have completed Phases 1-3 and have these files from your prior work:

• product-requirements-v2.md (your updated PRD after persona testing)
• test-marketing-report.md (your Week 10 persona panel results)

Setup

1. Clone this repository
2. Copy your prior artifacts into this directory (or a parent directory)
3. Open this project in Claude Code

Usage

In Claude Code, run these commands in order:

/build-prototype    — Build your working prototype
/build-gtm          — Create your go-to-market plan
/test-prototype     — Run product-use testing on your prototype

Each tool will guide you through an interactive process, asking questions one at a time and generating professional deliverables.

Output

After completing all three tools, you will have:
