This release updates the repo with automated tests and reworks the client to work with nodejs and react. All of the files are still html, css and js, but it supports react and nodejs now.

Overall file structure has also been changed for better organization and automated python linting has been added.

JayRadar

This version is the first version of JayRadar made public. It includes a tunable vision pipeline with a web GUI. It has been tested in lab conditions, but not in competition. Any testing and contributions are welcome!
