chore(deps): Bump dev deps; fix viewport height

Update dev dependencies (vite, stylelint-order,
vite-plugin-static-copy) and regenerate package-lock.json. Replace 100vh/min-height with 100dvh in App.vue to address mobile dynamic viewport height issues.
