okr-master is a Claude skill designed to help teams define better Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with less ambiguity and more structural discipline.
It is intended to:
- turn messy goals, projects, or draft OKRs into clean OKR structures,
- improve the reliability of how OKRs are written and reviewed,
- enforce outcome-focused thinking instead of task-based planning,
- support cross-organizational consistency so different teams use the same OKR rules and quality bar.
This skill helps users:
- create OKRs from raw business context,
- validate whether draft OKRs are strategically sound,
- rewrite weak OKRs into measurable, outcome-driven versions,
- separate Objectives, Key Results, and Initiatives correctly.
Many teams write OKRs inconsistently. Some treat projects as Key Results, some omit measurable targets, and some define goals that are too weak or not connected to real business outcomes.
okr-master addresses that by applying one consistent framework across teams. The result is more reliable planning, clearer accountability, and better comparability of OKRs across functions or departments.
