Identities
While the rules are not very explicit about this, it is rather reasonable that your reputation would apply to a specific identity only, unless the connection between two identities is public knowledge (e.g., like a pseudonym). Thus the EP sheet tracks reputation, favours, and even credits for each identity separately.
If you prefer to play with a simpler system where reputations, favours, and credits are global, you are free to ignore them on other identities.
Since version 1.11.0 the sheet allows users to specify custom names for reputation networks. This is meant both as a way to allow the reputation networks in play to be adapted to a specific campaign, and to add additional networks, if desired. As the reputation table doesn't allow adding of additional rows, to add more networks, simply add another identity with the same name (maybe followed by the word "continued") and rename the networks for that specific identity. While the latter is clearly not the most convenient method, Roll20 limitations on nesting of repeating sections don't offer a great alternative at this point.
Note: In edit-mode the fields to the left of the reputation values hold translation keys not actual names for reputation networks. It is recommended that custom translation keys be added for custom reputation networks. As this is not possible when not using a custom sheet (but the one from the Roll20 dropdown), you can also just write a value there, it'll simply be displayed as [Name] instead of Name, which isn't crazy pretty but survivable. If this turns out to be a major issue for people, I may be convinced via feedback to add some more sheet worker code, to make it prettier in the future. For now it should do fine.
