Feature/db cleanup scripts

This PR adds database cleanup/reset scripts for Bahmni Standard (Dockerised)
covering OpenMRS, OpenELIS, and Odoo 16.

These scripts help reset test/demo environments by cleaning transactional data
while keeping master/configuration data intact.
