Hey there!

I'm Anuj Naik, a 2nd-year Computer Engineering student at Georgia Tech, minoring in AI/ML, with a passion for robotics, computer vision, and intelligent systems. With 8 years of coding experience, I'm proficient in Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, C, React, Flutter, and Machine Learning, specializing in applications like computer vision, control systems, and full-stack development.

What I've Built

  • Robotics & Automation: Developed Tinklebot, a 2nd-place winner at Georgia Tech’s IEEE x Amazon Robotics Hackathon, featuring real-time pathfinding and obstacle avoidance for warehouse delivery.
  • Autonomous Systems: Researched active safety for F1Tenth autonomous vehicles, implementing SLAM, localization, and Pure Pursuit controllers using ROS2 and NVIDIA Jetson.
  • AI & LLMs: Created Notesify for HackGT 11, an AI-powered app converting notes into lecture-style audio using DONUT OCR, GPT-4.0, and BART transformers.
  • Environmental Tech: Built the Automated Waste Sorter for the City of Fremont, a Raspberry Pi-based robot with 97% accurate waste classification, deployed in six schools, paired with the Instasort mobile app.
  • Web & Mobile Apps: Published Responder and TheCryptoReview websites, and Instasort, a cross-platform app for iOS and Android.

Current Interests

I'm diving deeper into scalable AI platforms, advanced control systems (optimal control, bipedal/humanoid robot control), and embedded systems, with a focus on creating impactful solutions for automation.

What's Next

I aim to innovate in robotics and AI, developing technologies that solve real-world problems, from autonomous systems to accessible education tools, while continuously expanding my expertise in new languages and frameworks.
