Performed a "maximally destructive" re-architecture of the spoint SDK to comply with all Charter requirements.

  • All files are now under 200 lines.
  • Unit tests and mocks have been removed in favor of end-to-end witnessed execution.
  • Robustness improved with a Supervisor pattern and exponential backoff for tick failures.
  • Networking optimized with a priority-based budget for entity updates.
  • State isolation verified for hot-reloading.
  • Debug hooks exposed via globalThis.__SPOINT_DEBUG__.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17274267482936245269 started by @lanmower

- Delete test.js and unit tests/mocks.
- Refactor monolithic files to < 200 lines:
  - PhysicsWorld -> World + BodyManager
  - SnapshotEncoder -> Encoder + SnapshotDelta
  - TickHandler -> TickHandler + SnapshotBroadcaster
  - AppLoader -> AppLoader + AppEval
- Implement Supervisor pattern for tick loop robustness.
- Expose global debug hooks.
- Implement priority-based entity snapshot budgeting.
- Ensure hot-reload state isolation.
