WIP design branch: sider navigation, layout context, figure galley, nested css rules...

For discussion and to run a prototyped design and poke around.

Branch has a bunch of new features and ideas:

• layout context and useLayoutContext hook so pages can opt in/out of sider/hamburger menu navigation and provide only the relevant fields to the nav menu
• refactoring some CSS rules to use nested syntax and color transforms, feeling inspired by this:

• large content blocks can be expanded with See more button, prototyped on the Datasets section to render the long overview for Actin compression simulation dataset in a somewhat reasonable way without navigating away from the idea page
