Updated the `AutomationProperties.Name` of the `SearchTextBox` in `SearchControl.xaml` to bind to `{Binding SearchPlaceholder}` instead of using a static string. This provides screen reader users with specific context depending on the active search filter, matching the tooltip's helpful guidance.
