Update/exclude firefly api

• Doc bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue, like a typo)

• New content (change which adds net new pages or content)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Description

This PR prepares the hub branch to hand off the Fireflhy image content to the spoke repo: ffs-firefly-api.
Two things:

• Adds firefly-api to exclude folders in deplyments
• Updates the config with the new spoke URL.
