Purpose of this pull request
This pull request adds OpenAPI (Swagger 2.0) schema sources for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source 2.4.9 REST APIs: Admin (all-inclusive), Customer, and Guest. These files document the endpoint surface for tooling and the hosted REST reference experience aligned with the 2.4.9 release.
