gulp-typescript now uses its own dependency declared in package.json. This is points to version 1.4.1. |

I would recommend using Typescript 1.5 to everyone, but this means that some IDE's (VisualStudio) need extra plugins. I do not want to force installing an extra plugin for people already working with typescript 1.4. |

I think we should explicitly set TypeScript as a dependency and not assume a global version is installed.
