How do I see my videos in the way that a subscriber would?

If you want to preview the video on a site you own, click on one of the videos you've added to the Platform and navigate to the "Embed Code" tab. The tiny bit of code on that page can be dropped into your site to view the video through our player.

When will I have the ability to create an app for an unsupported device?

We are working as fast as possible to enable you to create apps on a number of devices like Xbox, Chromecast, Apple TV and more. You can request a device within the zype platform to let us know which one you want to see next.

How long does it take for my Roku app to go live?

Once you've successfully published a Roku app, it is then submitted to Roku for review. The approval process by Roku can vary in length, but it's typically 2 weeks.

How long does it take to ingest videos from a YouTube URL?

It depends on the number of videos in your channel, but we've seen it happen in as little as 5-10 minutes.

What can I accomplish with a the free trial account?

For video uploads: One upload at a time and 6 hours total transcoded content.

For distributions and video sources: One channel of YouTube, Hulu, CrunchyRoll or other sources (1 total channel)

For video views: 1,000 video views (from any app)
