Move documentation into developer.zooniverse.org #146
The http://zooniverse-aggregation.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ site seems to be plagued with 403 reload errors. Since it's the same site/same format, we should move the docs into http://developer.zooniverse.org/ to avoid these issues
