Description
Summary
Create a tiny docs-only smoke-test issue so we can verify the GitHub webhook reaches the local openclawcode gateway automatically through the configured public tunnel.
Problem to solve
This is a temporary validation issue for webhook wiring only.
Proposed solution
No implementation is required unless the webhook and chat notification path are being tested end-to-end.
