Update backend ingress target port to 8081 to align with the new internal port mapping used by the container runtime after the recent base image upgrade.
Chaos scenario:
port-mismatchExpected symptoms: Health check probes fail, all inbound requests return 503, container app shows unhealthy replicas.
Rollback: Revert
target_portininfra/terraform/main.tfback to8080.
