Add a list that removes recommendations for news websites

I am developing a list that removes distraction when you read an article. So you no longer have a sidebar with other articles to read, etc. Also removes all recommendations at the end of the article. This is important because I found myself mindlessly clicking on another article, then again another one etc. This could be the case for other people as well.
