• perform single-channel recovery with field distortion.
• generate 1st order diffraction observation from the 0th order recovery.
• use auto-correlation to find out the field shift between the 0th order diffraction channel, and the 1st order diffraction channel.
• setup two-channel PRIS recovery.
• perform PRIS recover.
• organize results, make figures.
• write a technical part for this demo.
• plan and finalize test dataset 5 for this demo.

Crimson, dif0CL channel recovery

should check the coordinate refinement, make sure the species tags are carried on.
right now I'm only performing single dif0CL channel recovery. for bot Crimson and Darkred.

CL recovery is done for both crimson and darkred.

now, use jupyter notebook:

• generate dif1 observation from the current recovery
• get shifts for dif1 for both colors
• set up 2 color 2 species recovery
