Medium-sized screen issues

Context

Two issues are present on medium-sized screens (width between 768–1024px)

1. bottom dialog that shows how to import and use icon is slightly cut off (nonfunctional issue)
2. side bar and menu button to access side bar is not visible

Proposed changes

Didn't look into it too much yet, but here are some ideas:

• fix padding/width for the bottom dialog
• don't hide side bar on medium-sized screens
