Error running IntAssoPlot

Hi,
Thanks for developing this useful package. However, I am running in to an error as given below. I would appriciate any help in this regard.

IntRegionalPlot(chr=5,left=5390763-200000,right=5390763+200000,gtf=Rice_gtf_new,association=asso_new,hapmap=hap_new,hapmap_ld=hap_new,threshold=5,leadsnp_size=2)

Error in aggregate.data.frame(mf[1L], mf[-1L], FUN = FUN, ...) :
no rows to aggregate

have you solved this problem? i met the same, and i dont know how to do this？
