How do I use URL?

Description

I provided URL, https://www.cnn.com/, and saved.

When I asked queries it is saying there is no relevant document. not providing any response.

• Local Deployment
• Docker Deployment
• Cloud Deployment

Otherwise it is working just fine for .txt, pdf, docx files.

Please Advise.
