chore(repo): back-merge main into dev after v0.2.10 release

Back-merge main into dev so dev carries the v0.2.10 release commits (version bump + CHANGELOG). Without it the next dev to main PR shows BEHIND and cannot satisfy main's strict branch protection. Established pattern: see #125 (back-merge before v0.2.9).

Resolved — merged into dev (PR #137 / #139). Auto-close did not fire because the PRs targeted dev, not the default branch.
