feat(new): add app vix.json tasks and improve lib scaffold

- generate vix.json with vars and tasks for app projects
- keep lib vix.json minimal (no tasks)
- add examples/ with CMakeLists and basic example for libs
- make lib CMake registry-safe (tests/examples OFF by default)
- fix next steps output to use Style.hpp helpers consistently
