Feat Req: Ability to toggle (Enable/Disable) Notification Channels

I’ve been managing my Notification Channels and noticed a small UX improvement that could be really handy.

Currently, if I want to temporarily stop receiving notifications on a specific channel (like Telegram or Discord), I don't see a quick way to "pause" it without deleting the configuration entirely.

The Idea:
It would be great to have a Status column (Active/Inactive) right next to the "Global" column. This would allow us to easily toggle a channel on or off via the actions menu, preserving the API keys and settings for later use.

I've attached a table showing where I think this status indicator would fit best.

Wouldn't that be more practical?
