Hello community!
I am running Rhino 8 an a Macbook Air M1 machine.
The robots from the online library loads perfectly, however I have no success loading the robot by Mitsubishi model MELFA RV6SD. I do have a drafted an .xml and a .3dm files (Attached) based on references from the library however the robot do not appear once I choose it from the list, no error occurs.
I asked chatGPT to create an XML file for this robot and integrated it to comply to the format I dowloaded from the library. I additionally downloaded the robot specifications manual (Attached) where there are drawings of the profile and the range (Pages- 2-16 and 2-17). But I still did not verify if the xml file comply with the actual geometry as specified in the manufacturer document.
I also created a 3dm file from a step file I dowloaded from Mitsubishi website. I organized the layer from 0 to 6 similarly to existing references I downloaded from the library. Each layer contains a single joint starting from 0-Base up to 6-J6.
Is there any thoughts on how can I make this running ?
Many thanks,
Erez
