Add GuardianDB to prevent token reuse

I think you should also include GuardianDB to prevent playback of login tokens.

@samhamilton Thanks for the comment. We are currently refactoring nectar commerce to support latest version of Ecto, Phoenix and Elixir. Will start integrating this once that is complete.
