.raku extension not detected in vim and neovim

Description of issue

.raku files in either vim or nvim don't get recognized as raku files.
vim version 8.1.2333
nvim version 0.4.3

On the other hand, .p6 are detected as perl6.

Anyone interested in taking over maintenance of it should email me at andy@petdance.com.

vim-perl6 needs a new maintainer who will take it over so we can remove it from the vim-perl organization. See this ticket: #25
