Define container structure, check `Dockerfile`s

Check current dockerfiles, so that we can run on different computers.

Right now, we use two (and a half) docker images.

Too complex, but it works

As we want to support jetson with docker, we need to have a docker image with Jetpack as base if we want to use CUDA. Issue with this is, that images with jetpack as base are only compatible with Jetson. For this, we use a modified version of the Isaac ROS container, where we add sdv specific packages and layers to sdv_docker.
This works well, as (in theory) we can run CUDA accelerated packages on Jetson and on Nvidia PCs.

Stupid and Simple (but no CUDA)

For nodes that do not use CUDA, we can use the Dockerfile defined in top level for repository. This makes it so that the repo is compatible with MacOS and non-nvidia Linux. Also makes it so that we can support vscode devcontainers
