improve pressing sensitivity for status bar

Bug description

it takes more than one press often for me on the connectivity icons, or the time to open notifications, in the status bar to do the action i set it to, often 4-6 presses are needed and sometimes even more

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Set an action for pressing something in the status bar
2. Try tapping
3. Not sensitive enough
