document which version will libvalkey break ABI

we have lib/libvalkey.so lib/libvalkey.so.0 and lib/libvalkey.so.0.1.0 in cmake output, does it mean we only break ABI in major version bumping?

As I see it we are using https://semver.org/ where this is documented, but maybe you had anything specific in mind?

Right now we have a major 0 but when we have merged fixes for #39 and #45, which are breaking changes, I think we should tag a 1.0.0.
