Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By submitting a contribution to this repository, you agree to the following:

For purposes of this agreement, "contribution" means any code, documentation, or other material intentionally submitted to this repository for inclusion in the project.

  1. You represent and warrant that you are the copyright owner of your contribution, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the copyright owner and any other rights holders to submit the contribution and to grant the project owner the rights described in this agreement.

  2. You grant the project owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, sublicense, and relicense your contribution as part of the project or otherwise.

  3. You grant the project owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free patent license under any patent claims that you can license and that would be infringed by your contribution or by the project as it incorporates your contribution, to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer the contribution and the project.

  4. You agree that your contribution may be included in this repository and in any current or future version, release, or edition of the project.

  5. You agree that the project owner may license or relicense your contribution, and any project containing your contribution, under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPLv3) or any other open source, source-available, or proprietary license terms chosen by the project owner.

  6. You acknowledge that the project owner may offer the project, including versions that contain your contribution, to third parties under separate commercial or proprietary agreements.

  7. You represent that, to the best of your knowledge, you have disclosed any license terms, attribution requirements, patent claims, or other restrictions of which you are aware that may apply to your contribution.

  8. Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, your contribution is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied.

  9. You agree to notify the project owner if you become aware of any fact or circumstance that would make any representation in this agreement materially inaccurate.

If these terms do not work for you, please contact the project owner before submitting a contribution.
