In the event of failed statues, we should continue to link directly to the failed workflow. That link should be as deep as possible.
Rather than re-linking to summary info in every other state (success, pending, etc), the "Details" link should present;
- reasonable summary info about the ongoing workflows
- quick links to logs of pending workflows
- "show your work" about how any status conclusions were reached
- info about re-trigger the conclusion if necessary
