More interactive status

Additional [activity types](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/events-that-trigger-workflows#workflow_run) could be leveraged to provide early advisory feedback to the user (the names and counts of configured / successful / unsuccessful / pending workflows) before we completed statuses start to roll in.
