From the network tab, it is clear that the quality of member images is inconsistent. Some are much larger or higher quality than others, leading to not only larger downloads, but also slower (and awkward) load times for certain member images. It would be good to set up a script that we can run to normalize image quality and enforce max sizes (either 400x400, 600x600, or 800x800). This script should be run before or after we upload new images to our image host.
