This issue is for leads on figuring out what email format corresponds to what client.

In deq16_Part001, for whatever reason microsoft outlook sends a confirmation email saying that the email was sent (e.g. textfile).

(What I can't figure out is why this is sent to multiple people, whereas you would maybe expect it would only go to the person who is exporting the emails.....but maybe this is for a separate issue.)

this suggests that this format (bold line at the top, separate columns for header keys and values) is microsoft outlook.
